Day-wise Itinerary

Day 1 Grand Welcome & Ice Breakers
Arrival at Goa Airport/Station. Our dedicated transport coordinators will transfer the team to the resort in AC Coaches. Enjoy a traditional Goan welcome drink and buffet lunch. In the late afternoon, gather at the beach or lawns for fun Ice-Breaker activities hosted by our professional facilitator. Buffet dinner at the resort.
Day 2 Strategy Sessions & Beach Olympics
Morning: Townhall or Strategy Meeting in the fully-equipped conference hall, complete with tea/coffee breaks. Post lunch, it's time for 'Beach Olympics'! Teams will compete in tug-of-war, sandcastle building, and relay races to foster leadership and teamwork. Evening is free to explore local shacks or relax by the pool.
Day 3 Leisure & The Grand Gala Night
Morning is at leisure. Teams can opt for exciting water sports, a spice plantation tour, or simply unwind at the spa. The evening is reserved for the Grand Gala Dinner! We set up a private area with a stage, professional DJ, customized lighting, and a lavish dinner buffet for your annual Awards & R&R (Rewards and Recognition) ceremony.
Day 4 Checkout & Departure
Enjoy a heavy breakfast with the team. Group photo session in the resort lawns. Our coordinators will ensure a smooth checkout process and transfer the team back to the airport/station with unforgettable memories and a re-energized spirit.
